About Me

Hi, I'm Sophie

Sophie Jayne, COSRT registered relationship therapist

I am a fully qualified COSRT registered relationship therapist. I work with individuals and partners who are experiencing difficulties in their relationships, whether that's a breakdown in communication, a loss of trust, infidelity, or repeating patterns of behaviour. My aim is to offer a supportive, honest space where you and your partner/s can work through things openly.

I'll listen carefully to what you bring to the session before deciding on the approach that feels right for you. I tend to work in the present day and focus on what feels most pressing, though I also find that looking back at past experiences can help make sense of why we think and behave the way we do.

I work in a warm, dynamic way. I'll ask questions and gently challenge where it feels useful, but always in a way that feels safe and supportive. I create a space where everyone feels heard. I look at the dynamics at play and try to understand what is keeping the relationship stuck, rather than pointing fingers.

How I Can Help

01

Relationship Therapy

£95 per session

A space for you and your partner/s to talk honestly about what is going on. We work through the things that are pulling you apart, whether that is a breakdown in communication, a loss of trust, infidelity, or patterns that keep repeating. The goal is to understand one another better and find a way forward together.

50 minutes · Online via Google Meet · Flexible scheduling

02

Individual Therapy

£85 per session

Sometimes it helps to have space to think about your relationships on your own. These sessions focus on understanding yourself and your patterns a little better, whether you are going through a separation, navigating co-parenting, or just feeling like something is not working.

50 minutes · Online via Google Meet · Flexible scheduling

All sessions are 50 minutes, delivered online. I find working online provides flexibility, allowing me to work with you when your kids are in bed, or when you have a lunchbreak during your working day. I always strive to find a day and time that fits your lifestyle.
